I was just thinking......I need to update more.  I've gotten pretty bad about posting journals lately, but hopefully I can start updating regularly again.

So, Happy belated Mother's Day to all the Mothers on my f-list!  My family went out to eat with my Mom and had a pretty good time just being together.  Of course, this outing was preceded by one

Wow. You had a lot to say! And I have a lot to say in reply to what you said! Okay, so even all the way down here in Georgia, I heard about the fight LOL. News spreads fast in our family with memaw around, as you well know. And it's so funny, because we'll get over it in like no time. You're truest friends really are your family, I don't care what anyone says.

Now, for the Cassie is way prettier than you thing, that is simply not true. And I'm shy too when it comes to things like that, so at least you're not alone in this matter. You know about MY sad love life and lack thereof...I mean, it's just pathetic. But it's life. And for some people (like you and I), it's just going to take longer for the right guy to come along. But it's totally going to be worth it in the end, right? RIGHT. It's all about optimism.

I feel like Bridget Jones every day of my life, in more ways than one.

I found out the 4 deaths in LOST for the finale! I also think Jacob is the smoke munster. Go check out my latest entry after I'm done typing it.

Oh my, we are sounding like twins.. I get the same crap from my family about guys. And I do have a wall up. But for very good reasons, men suck and tend to always break the heart lol.. And I too have really no place to meet people. I don't go to bars/clubs either. So girl, you are so not alone on this whole aspect of life.

I really liked Spiderman 3. Hmm.. Though I really hated the second movie and thought the first one was okay.. I felt the third was better.. I didn't care for Spiderman, but I was loving Topher and James in the movie. Maybe that's why I liked it so much. Though I was extremely pissed with the end for James.

Know the feeling on Bridget Jones, I did really feel that the other day when listening to a load of "How I Met X" stories *vomit*. In my case though it's partly because of the whole thing that happened with The Unfaithful Control freak Asshole - I don't want to set myself up for that again! I used to be able to shut my family up about guys when I went to uni with Prince William - any time anyone asked why i hadn't got a boyfriend I'd just say "Well, i can't say too much, trying to keep it out of the papers" - it usually shut them up! (Not that he's even my type as you may have realised.) Yes, I know full well Ian Somerhalder isn't going to come knocking at my door (a little thing like living in different countries does get in the way!) But I feel weird about setting myself up for more crap from someone IRL
