Movies and Spinsterhood

Today was a pretty great day in Meganland. I got up and went to church, and afterward took my Aunt out to lunch and a movie for her birthday. We ate at Chili's: Guiltless Grill Chicken Sandwich......you know, cause we gotta watch the figures. Then we saw P.S. I Love You! It was a total chick flick and a total HOTTIE overload. Why can't I have some totally incredible and devastating romance in my life. .

I'll bet you can - you just need to be patient. And for Pete's sake, don't just sit around and wait for him to come to you! I know that's the "traditional" way of doing things, but with all of the different outlets that exist now to meet people (i.e. online dating websites and such), why would you just wait around! Make it happen, kid!! He's out there, looking for you! Help him make the search a little easier, huh!

I feel like I've been the most patient girl in the world. Somehow, I do not think I would ever do online dating or anything like that. I don't think it's bad, it's just not for me. It's really hard to meet guys since I'm not in the club scene or anything like that either. I suppose the love of my life will see me over the veggies in the grocery store LOL!

Everyone has their limits of what they wouldn't do to attract someone from the opposite sex - I guess online dating is your limit. That's fine! But just keep your eyes open, and try to find some other ways that you could meet someone. Because if you limit yourself to finding a guy in a grocery store (!), you might miss out on a really awesome guy somewhere else!

Just lookin' out for ya, hun. ;)
