Speaking for standard oil-on-canvas, the going rate in Aus is three times the cost of the frame. Not knowing your medium, I would suggest that might be a good starting point...

Personally, if I had a few thou' lying available, I'd make an offer. Your talent leaves me lost for words. *covets painting*

Oil on canvas-textured oil painting paper. I'm probably going to pitch it at around £200 at the event - and consider offers, of course :)

Thank you. I am currently trying to do more painting. Sticking with the landscapes but throwing in a fantasy element. Got a couple more to photograph (I'll get Korenwolf to play with his present later) that I probably won't frame. There's one with mountains/hills, northern lights in the sky and a figure with a staff and pointy hat walking towards the hills - K looked at it and said "That person is Seraphina" (I think she means the witch from His Dark Materials). The other one is a large tree in the woods with a few sets of red & yellow eyes peering out from the undergrowth (yes, probably way too much Warcraft recently!).
