PLEASE make sure your apartment and the human society/ASPCA are doing a investigation on who is doing this. People should not be allowed to abandon animals like that and need to be caught
I'm already on it...we are having the human society or ASPCA over to set traps to get the adult strays (cuz i swear there is like 10) so that they will stop mating and making babies they can't take care of...
and my roommates (since they have been here longer than me) think it's people that have lived in the neighborhood previously and moved without their cats...abandoning cats like that is just not cool. :\ the cats seem to like to hang out around our house so they also think they used to either live here or the people that lived here before jan. (when they moved in) feed them and gave them water?
