Because of his association with the X-Men, Juggernaut is often mistakenly labeled a mutant. This is technically not the case, as it is not for Spider-Man, The Hulk, or other "Mutates" of the Marvel Universe. Mutants in the Marvel Universe are those who are born with their powers, often manifesting at puberty, due to differences present in their DNA from conception. Mutates, on the other hand, while perhaps having "mutation friendly" DNA, are not born with their powers and receive them as the result of exposure to a catalyst.

Well we were just debating if he had powers or not. Which I still say he did, cause I'm certain that he had limited psychic powers that weren't anywhere near the level of Xavier. I'll check out marvel.com in a bit to see if I'm lying or not.
