Tax-evasion, Doggy-style.
As a way to bypass the punitive taxation-regime here in the UK, I'd like to remind all you dog-owners that if you buy food for 'working dogs' rather than domestic dogs then it is VAT zero-rated.
In Morrisons, Red bag Wagg is 12kg for £10 and Green 'working dog' Wagg is 17kg for £12.
Go on - evade some tax! You know it makes sense! -

I really think that the time has come to extend science into the kitchen: let us in future view cooking and recipes as an extension of chemistry.
As a start, we need to define our terms: hence we need a "Gastronomic Table" of ingredients just as a chemist uses the Periodic Table.

Make friends with a Bee.
I've just signed up for a 2-day course on Beekeeping.
Bees are fuzzy, gentle creatures who buzz back and forth acting as pollinational proxy-genitalia for plants. They only sting if truly harrassed.
Bees need to be cherished and protected.
