I think you have to learn to authentic mexican food. I am going to make homemade tortillas this weekend and carnitas, for the first time. Take the bull by the horns! Simmer some beans all day!!

Well, I am actually learning how to do it so that I can impress my boyfriend's friends in Boston. They don't have mexican food there.
