I'm like that all the time... Things that logically, rationally, I shouldn't care about, that I have no right to react to, I will just freak out over, and they'll turn into much bigger issues than before. emotion overpowers reason. It's strange.
exactly. and you just feed off yourself until youre just this little ball of anger and you know youre overreacting, but it doesnt make it stop....rar im glad you understand, gabe
Domo Kun (the guy in your icon if anyone doesn't know) is quite possibly the best thing ever. Period.
I'm sorry you're having a hard time. I totally empathize - I've spent much of this year in a disgruntled stupor. Find solace, if you can, knowing that at the very least school will be over really soon (for real this time!) and you'll be in control of what happens after that.
I also hate it when the little, insignificant things really upset me. But rather than discount them (and myself), I try to think about what it really is that's triggering my emotion. Sometimes, counter-intuitively, I find that the larger things are easier to change than the small.
no, i know what youre talking about. sometimes i get upset at little things because theres actually a bigger problem. dont doubt yourself, you knew what you were talking about ;) i dont know who domo kun is, but he rocks.
