Man someone needs there ass beat for that shit. I would like to see them try that shit in this state I pretty sure If you give notice like a months notice for taking the vaction time the company has alotted you they must give it to you. Same thing with breaks although you can choose to wave them you must get at least a 30min lunch break if you work and 8 hour shit they cannot say no if you wanna take it. I know Jerry cannot quit his job but seriosly he needs to start looking for a new job Wal-Mart is the sorriest motherfucking campany in the United States. I will never give them my money jerry better keep fighting to get his time off

He is, he plans on going to a higer up manager when he goes to work tomorrow, or even talking to the stores head manager. He said he is going to pester them about it until he gets the time off.
