I'll be going to a class in North Carolina from May 24-June 7. (the same school where I took my glass blowing class two summers ago) I'll also be taking a class later in the summer, Aug 10-22. If I get into the ones I have as my first choice, I'll be doing "the basics of steel smithing" and "hot summer fun" which is glass blowing. My girlfriend is

The classes sound like fun. If you like fusing and slumping glass I can help you out with small projects later as I have a little kiln that is very programmable. I've already written in some programs for a couple of versions of C.O.E 90 programs. I would also be willing to help show you how to build slump molds and would be willing to fire them for you.

Cool. I've had several ceramics classes but they were ages ago. I have a kiln... and hope to someday get things set up to where I can use it in my garage or basement. Right now - no go because things are too much a mess. Hopefully in six months or so I will have things good enough to do things like art and SCA again.
