Steve and I started exercising last September. Then I weighed 255 lbs/almost 116 kilos. Bleargh! Now, almost a year later, I have lost 29 lbs/almost 13 kilos! Wheee! We exercise 3 times a week, with a personal trainer, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays!
Today I weighed 102.5 kilos/225.5 lbs. Did 45 minutes strenght training and then 30 minutes cardio
