Hai, Filia! That would be who Im cosplaying >_< I think I look so bad. lol, I used to have mase sama but it broke the first year I cosplayed as that chara!

I can give you tips on it if you'd like? I've made it twice, my first one wasn't so great either. *dies* Mostly, you just need to make the shoulder drape wider, because it doesn't fit all the way around your shoulders. And if you can't afford boots, sew yourself shoe covers. When I made it both times, I used stretchy cotton to make socks, and held them up with elastic I sewed into the ends. It works pretty well! Just use christmas ornament halves or styrofoam balls to make the gems she wears. (though decorating the styrofoam is a pain in the butt. u.u)
