THE NEW GEARS OF WAR. I couldn't believe they had it available for testing, maybe I've been out of the loop but I could have been there a couple hours, forget the little teenage kids. Don't they know who I am????

Gears of War has been out for maybe a month. MAYBE. I'm a little behind on games. if you love video games so much clearly we need to play Rockband together. and no, no one knows who you are because you disappeared for all of 2008.

I always lose myself that way whenever I go to Barnes & Noble, but there's never a line out the door of kids waiting to read any book I'm perusing. Sometimes I don't even buy the book because there's always a stack at home a mile high that's been waiting for over a year to be read.

I've blown a lot of time in bookstores too but I do end up buying some when I'm browsing in them. I have a ton I haven't read yet either, but I guess I always think that if I buy another one, at least it will be sitting around my apartment somewhere in the future and I won't forget about it completely. I never feel like I can have too many books!

I was so happy to see this. I have Gears of War, haven't had time to play it yet. I think I tried brushing your arm, but there was no response from you. Next time, you'll get a good shake.

Don't be embarrassed, I'm always stealing the video games from kids. Same with the free samples at Costco, specifically all the baked goods. I like to think of it as single-handedly diminishing childhood obesity.
