Can you say snow?!?

So, isn't it suppose to snow in the winter time? Like in December, January or at the latest, February??? Here it is, March and we have just had the biggest snow fall of the season...Four inches doesn't seem like much but when you have hardly had any snow at all, 4 inches give cautious drivers something to hyperventilate about..It's very pretty...
