For people our age it would be pretty easy, just eat healthier, and get more excercise. Like go get a Seventeen magazine and do some of the workouts in there they do new ones every time a new magazine comes out. Depending on what you do and how fast your metabolism is it could take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.
But be healthy about it and don't do something crazy like eating nothing because that can backfire when your body doens't get enough neutrition and then you'll gain a ton of weight.
you don't have to follow along with my advice but I did the South Beach Diet (and I didn't exercise during it either) and lost 17 pounds in 2 and a half weeks. if you do decide to do the South Beach Diet, make sure you take a vitamin everyday.
