I will try to find it, I can't right now, but I remember reading an article that about 60% of conversations involving something a person doesn't like will usually bring up hitler. For instance:
Person 1: "That sailor hat is awesome".
Person 2: "That sailor hat sucks."
Person 1: "No it doesn't, Jimmy Cagney would have worn a sailor hat like this".
Person 2: "So would hitler!!" (therefor making it negative).

God, Hitler fucking LOVED sailor hats. If only Nina and I would have been alive to conspire to hide his sailor hat, we could have prevented the holocaust.
