It's really very simple. You can hang a positive picture or quote near your bed so that everyday you will see it. Instead of hearing the alarm go off and thinking "oh i don't wanna get up"...think "oh i need to get up so that today i can be productive...yesterday I got this and this done, and today I know I can do even more". Also "today I'm thankful for...". And there is always something you can be thankful for like...
1. You have such a sweet mom
2. You're talented
3. You're independent

Make a list and I'm sure your day will be better. And when you feel like you're having a bad day, think of those gratitudes. Why should we always be stressed? We only have one life, so we should make it as positive and happy as possible. If you send out positive vibes, you will receive even more of that positive energy back in return.
