I just saw Equilibrium last Wednesday and the images are still with me. If that's not the sign of a good movie, I don't know what is. What a shame it wasn't talked about more when it was first released. This is a film I really would have enjoyed seeing in the theatre.

For me, it's the overall use of color, or non-color, in the film and how Preston's senses get opened up to it gradually. I may suck as a colorist myself, but I have a strong appreciation for it.
I adore Pleasantville for the same reason.
BTW, I'm digging your new icon XDDD.
