Student loans deferred! This is so righteous. I have been dreading opening the letter I got from Wells Fargo since around the 14th and I finally broke down and opened it today to find out they accepted my deferment request. So, so rad

If you come up that weekend, you can visit me at FallCon in St. Paul. It's a comic convention, so it will be all sorts of geeky, but geek chic, if you know what I mean.

As for other stuff, there's the Walker, the Sculpture Garden, the Institute of Arts, the lakes, uh, can't think of anything else on the top of my head...what do you want to do while you're up here?

Well, I'm basically just going for moral support while my friend does some research, so I'm really up for anything at this point. That being said, I MUST get to some record stores. Any good ones I should know about?
I've been to the Walker and the Sculpture Garden but it's definitely been a while.
I'll definitely suggest FallCon to my friend. I can go and embarrass myself with my almost nonexistent knowledge of all things comic-related. It'll be great.

Righteous. I'ma hafta Mapquest some shit before I leave since I have no idea how to get around the Twin Cities. At this point, it's gonna be me dropping my friend off at the library and then wandering around aimlessly in search of ways to spend money I don't have. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
