Everyone should watch this cadence. This the University of Southern California drumline, and they're the cleanest line I've ever heard. I've taught myself some of the easier parts, but yet again I rue the lack of a St. C marching band ( Read more... )

They are amazing, really. I love drumlines, and have always wanted to play in one, but they are scarce in these parts. I tried to make one in the two years I was section leader for rhythm in concert band, but the first year I had too few bodies and the second year was full of screw-offs. Ah, maybe later in life.

I have to talk to our drum techs about that bow and arrow move. That'd be something really sweet to have incorporated into a drum show.
