As i am seeing just this one picture and your hubby see you everyday the whole person.

hmm...but i do find it look nice on you. Too long hair made you look a bit older than your age then in the past. And your character of being 爽直/passionate goes well with your short hairdo. This one keeps your short-hair style yet has added a touch of softness/gentleness to the look. And what you said is also right. It is winter already. And i also particularly find girl who is semi waken up with a mess hair style very sexy in a winter morning.... :p (i am referring to hollywood movies).

may be you can ask yourself which one you like better, and listen to your hair stylist's opinion (who have cut hairs for you a few times and knew the best how your several short hairdo have been evolving, or might as well have a little change this time) to see if cutting or trimming is indeed necessary...
