So I popped into the AT&T store the other day to make sure I had international calling during my upcoming travels. Maybe some of you have been in the store recently, maybe not, but here are some changes that I was pleased to find. And really, if my town has upgraded you know yours has. Holy smokes! If I'd known that THAT would be the ATT experience, I might have come with you. My experience is that the staff aren't very knowledgeable and that they have to call customer support in order to answer my questions. (Hence my conviction that it's just faster to call customer support myself. iPad Holsters! Well goodness! That would have been worth the trip right there. :-)

So sorry to hear about the suicide rate. That would explain why Noah's relatives are being so upset that he wrote a song about someone who had attempted suicide. (They are TOTALLY not getting that he's speaking in the "I" voice as a persona that he has made up for the song. Well, and teenagers-- everything's always extreme an emotional.) It might also explain why he would choose to write something in that persona's voice. I bet he knows someone who's tried or succeeded to commit suicide. :-(

How good of you to participate in the meeting and the push to get information out.
