Do you record the lines to practice them?
The chapter gathering sounds like something that will be good for you ( I paused looking for the write word there- good? Enjoyable? Will feed you? -- seems like all that. )
Writing and journaling. It does seem like an old fashioned thing to write with a pen. But I know my relationship to keyboards and pens are not identical. Close but not the same. I begrudge the non- searchable quality of pen written text, even while I know that it "feels" good to slide ink onto a page.
