i have been eating a lot of hot sauce today and have many hot sauce related questions. i've really been liking sriracha

I think Sriracha is my favorite hot sauce (also because I want to be asian). The weirdest I ever did was that stuff on cottage cheese. I recommend trying it on eggs, pizza, and cottage cheese.

eggs and pizza are classic for sure. I am thinking about trying it on some pinapple, which might be good.

I used it on quesadillas, eggs, ice cream, and marshmallows!

excellent. i tried some sriracha on ice cream (both vanilla and strawberry) but it was too salty and garlicky and didn't work that well. marshmallows could be interesting though.

you gotta help me think of new things to put hot sauce on man. like, um, slice of apple with piece of mozzerella and sriracha. or.... tapatio in beer. stuff like that.
