I've never been carded to get into a movie:'(

The whole carding bit is a governmental conspiracy. You see, what they do is ask for your id for "age verification purposes," but really they add your name to a list, much like they did back in the days of communists. Eventually, you get a phone call from Uncle Sam and asked to attend a hearing, much like the McCarthy era, where you will be tried for the illegal support and endorsement of homosexuality in a nation where homosexuality is otherwise taboo, wrong, and in many states illegal. So, my advice to you is to watch out for Uncle Sam, b/c they have your name and will be after you.

After I saw Brokeback I kept waking up in the middle of the night, thinking about it. Then the whole next day little scenes would pop up into my mind and make me feel sad, like I wished everything could be perfect for the characters. I feel haunted too; I'm glad you can relate.

Oh, BTW, the other night one of my friends got carded at Rave, too. She looks older than me, I think, so don't feel too badly. =)
