He makes a very convincing case as to his third party candidacy. I feel kinda bad for him. So much of the American left reviles him for "stealing" the election in 2000 and it really showed during the Q&A.

You got his autograph! Is it interesting to go listen to politicians? I find it annoying to hear them usually.

It's refreshing when they're talking about issues that don't normally come up.

He did a book signing after the event, which is what that image is from. He asked me about my background and when he found out I was CS undergrad, he asked me to join his campaign and work on his website! I told him I'd consider it if Obama lost the nomination.

I think any serious candidate has to do that to win votes. He even takes shit for not wearing a US flag lapel pin.

Well, it was his fault. He deserves the blame. He doesn't deserve sympathy and he doesn't deserve a single damn vote. If he fucks things up again, I'm pretty sure there will be a price on his head. Scum.
