It has been an eventful couple of days. Because work has been slow my hours were reduced and I had 5 full days off so Brent and I decided to do some fun stuff. Monday we went to the State fair for a Weird Al concert and then Wednesday we decided to head to Crater Lake National Park. Im pretty sure my birthday is bad luck...
Last year, we went to Portland and got a 250 dollar ticket for turning, this year though really tops the cake...
We went to Portland again, we were going to Bead Fest (which was lame, apparently the east coast does do some things better...) and Powells buying me the most awesome purse on the f'ing planet.

Merry Yule!
So working retail at Christmas time is officially the craziest thing EVERRRRRRR. People will wait in a line wra'pped around a store to buy a present for someone they don't really like because Jesus was born.
