this why by far the best take at that scene I've read so far! I could picture it happening exactly like that with him over the moon and her unsure...b/c she plans her entire life out and then this throws her through a loop. You really do capture their voices (as someone said above) and I find that so hard to do (for me personally) with these two characters, so bravo to you! I loved this!

Very, very sweet, and perfectly in character for both of them. I imagine Booth "smiling goofily" exactly in the way DB smiles...and I smile, too.

Nicely done.

I saw that "peak/peek" typo and I noticed one more: you used it correctly, but the idiom should be "cut and dried," not "cut and dry," referring to things like tobacco, timber, or even meat, which is cut and then hung (say, in barns or the sun) to dry out. Just observations, not criticisms, okay? Neither took away from my immense enjoyment of this fic!
