The lesser spotted excellent customer service

Last week I went online shopping for a handbag to go with my outfit for my brother's wedding in August, as is my usual habit with such things I checked around fairtrade online stores first. One of them I had never been to before and spotted the perfect bag at a reasonable price for fairtrade goods and duly ordered it

Cool! Granted my experience with commerce in the UK has been some bookstores, but it's been more positive than similar places over here. Customer service is a lost art, I think.

It really is exceptional customer service, but then I'm finding that from a lot of fairtrade vendors at the moment.
