Charity Knitting

I'm starting to knit for ISANDS (Irish Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Society) basically the idea is that you knit little blankets and shrouds for the very tiny babies and memory blankets for the parents to keep as normal baby clothes are often far too large.

I was thinking that some of you on my list might want to donate wool, or take up the knitting yourselves for the knitters. Baby wool is inexpensive and I can totally afford to cover the cost of this myself but I am knitting in memory of my sister Bethany who died at birth and thought perhaps others would like the chance to do something similar. Also one 100g ball should make several blankets so a small donation (of wool, not money) would go a long way.

I just thought I'd throw it out there. I'll screen comments.
