Applying to Nursing Schools is stressful. I don't like it. I've done a bunch today working on various applications... Now I just need to sit down, finish my "Resumes & Personal Statements for Healthcare Providers" book, write it according to that, submit a couple applications, and wait to see if they take me or not.

Applied for 2 positions at the hospital today... I really enjoy not working... BUT, I need to... I spend way too much money to not be putting some of it back in the bank account. :-x I'd be happy if I worked 3 12 hour shifts per paycheck. Maybe I can get lucky. I applied for PRN and part time jobs, so it should be about that many hours ( Read more... )

Chris is still sleeping.. Maybe it's because he stayed up til after 5am at which point he was loud and woke me up. This morning I decided to just do my chores, loud or not, because they need to be done and I can't just wait til 6 o clock tonight when he decides to wake up to do them. I just dyed Chris's hair blonde... we have to wait 25 minutes for him to rinse it out... I am the probably the least artistic person in a 1000 mile radius... and I just had to dye it for him.. I am so proud of myself. While Chris was sleeping (til after noon) I stretched, and then went downstairs and did my upper body workout until my muscles started failing. This morning I ordered a "litter locker" for the cats. They both have extremely stinky poos (especially the tiny Maddy), so I thought I'd make an investment because Chris always freaks out when I put grocery bags with poo in my kitchen trashcan. :-) You really can't smell anything in there unless you open the lid..
