Hectic couple of weeks..
So, the last couple of weeks and the next couple are going to be hectic. I have big group project tongith, and inservice to plan on a disability for my Saturday class. Also, make 4- 3 to 5 page papers into one big one. Another group project, a 5-7 page paper, etc. ugh ( Read more... ) -
Washington D.C....
So, I am leaving for D.C. at about 7 tongiht. About 50 students from here are driving through the night to attend a rally on making something happen to stop this unbeievable geneocide in Darfur, Sudan. It is a devasting travesty that has killed over 400,000 people in the last few years. The do not want more war, they have that. They want it to stop ( Read more... ) -

So, I am back from Bolivia. I am sorry I haven't written sooner, but it seems I got Salmonia, Ecoli or something. It came on pretty darn fast near the end of last week. War and other thoughts...
So we were talking about slavery in Dialouge. Today it was more on community and the ethics of war. We watched a movie about Jesuits who had a Mission in the Amazon and then Portugal wanting to come in and trying to get slave territory. That is just a brief brief description.
