What are you doing for a necklace?

I am thinking that because the collar is not especially structured it might be best buttoned up to the top with a cameo or victorian type brooch to hold the top buttons closed or some sort of cravat :) I like the shirt though, it is victorian :D

What on the bottom?

I am making something sort of like this

The shirt doesn't actually button to the top, just as far as you can see. I could easily pin it closed.

The bottom is a black skirt.

except in black instead of white

Do you have any bloomers or tights you are wearing?

I would probably pin up (pirate-esque) style one part of your skirt to show off a bit of leg/underthings

if you wanted to make a pin like your necklace it would be perfect for pinning up your skirt and giving a bit more detail up around the bottom of your corset/waist line :)

I would love to see the shirt pinned closed up at the neck :) and with the necklace over it would be great! :D

do you have any black gloves? you could cut off the fingers of them so they are more practical and it could add a touch more of black and really make the shirt with its shorter sleeves pop :)

I was totally thinking black gloves. I will probably get a pair of black lacy ones and snip off the fingers.

I was just going to wear black tights so I could probably make a pin and do the skirt thing.

I'm still not sure about shoes. I just need to go find some nice new black boots I think.
