Ups and downs

Yesterday was my 28th day using the Wii Fit. I am thrilled that I have been able to go 4 weeks doing at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes. Even more that some weeks I did 4 days for 45 minutes or more. I know that it's not only the Fit (though that has been a huge help) but also emotionally I feel good with my workouts. I am so impressed by how well you've been sticking with this! Your goals sounded hard to maintain, but it sounds like you've been keeping with it... I have a really hard time sticking to exercise routines myself so I'm really happy that it's working for you!

I think moderating intake is better in the long run than fasting... sounds like you and your doctor are working together well. Sending lots of support and good wishes - I'm sure that once you start seeing the results, all the work will be worth it!
