Round one will take place starting today and ending DECEMBER 13th 2008 12:00 am PST.
That means you must have your pages due in by December 13th for them to count.
Anyone NOT turning in their pages by the deadline will be removed from the tournament and lose their spot in the game.

I hope my opponent hasn't started because I may have to drop out/forfeit this round.

My winter schedule is coming around and I'm probably going to be travelling from the end of november till around christmas--which means I don't have time to sit down and draw a polished comic. I had the script and some of the thumbnails done already but it's looking more and more unlikely that I'll have time once november rolls around D: WHAT DO I DO D:

Uh, if you drop out, you're out :/ The first round is mandatory to be able to play in future rounds, I need everyone to play in this round to cement their place in the tourney. Next round you could drop out and be safe, same for any rounds following, but this round, can't do.
That was stated up front in the rules :(

(Honestly my advice would be to do a super fast doodle comic, if you lose, you lose, but at least you won't have to quit the whole game)

lol Christy I hate to do this to you but when you say comics due December 13th 12AM PST, is that midnight from 12-13 or midnight before it turns to the 14th? Well, more simply, must we turn it in on Friday or Saturday?

Because it turns out I have two finals on the 12th so depending on your answer, I may have to do some schedule swapping!

From what I see it looks like you want them due before the end of Saturday? Which if so, saying due Dec 13th 11:59pm is probably more clear.

Sorry to bother but, when ever I try to go and click on the link to the page where I can post my comic it won't allow me to view it and says it is a forbidden page. Can you help me with this problem?

You're not a member of the group, you have to be a member to post to locked posts. Join the community like the rules stated.

what? I am a member and I've been able to post on everything else and there is no join the community in the rules and I've just read all of them. Now if you could give me a link to a page that might help me. Please and thank- you and I look forward to post my comic to you when I'm able to get to the page.

Thanks for explaning it to me better than that I had to ask a friend scence this is the first time I've done this.
