The article that I'd read yesterday recommended a quarter-cup diluted with water (which can be hot beverage on a cold day or iced one on a hot day), but that's for overall well-being and maintenance stuff. Obviously, you've got some bigger fish to fry so your recipe is a lot more powerful and less dilute.
I hear stunning things about what garlic can do, too; it's been used as a healing agent/preventative medicine for as long as apple cider vinegar has.
We finally got it together and I'm trying my first dose (2 tsp in 16 oz water) tonight. It tastes pretty good - I was worried about the garlic. I suspect a bit less watery or diluted with a complementary fruit juice, it would make a great vinaigrette!
