I had the distinct pleasure of seeing Frederica von Stade and Samuel Ramey in concert this weekend. Both were incredible, of course. They are bloody legends. I love, love, love both Frederica von Stade and Samuel Ramey.

He's now head of the opera department at Roosevelt University in Chicago. Can we tell why I'd like to do my graduate degree there?
