Well , he is that guy who likes blood. He works for Miami police ( homocide I guess ) and analyses murders via blood. On the side though he himself kills people, but only the bad ones. He is completely mental on one hand , but also the sweetest guy on the other , completely normal , which makes it fucking scary but oh so good.
