(sigh) I went kicked out of Atractive Fascinante LJ, too. I miss them soo much but it still hurts me I was put away so easily (I stayed with them for some years!!).
It´s crazy to know about people who make that kind of community; though it´s no a wonder. I have read complains here and facebook where people write her feelings to be treated in so careless way. it´s just a consecuence (the evil circle).
Fortunately I´m a loyal person, maybe i´m dying to read some "news" proyects of AF, but there are other private communities that don´t deserve this mean treat, so my loyalty is for them.

So THAT'S the community that's been riling up all the scan groups. I've been curious about it for a long time now. Wow, that's really blatant.

Well, I was also booted out of AF (because of inactivity....so that was my own fault), but I'm not the type to go about scavenging for stuff. I only download what's available to me and directly from the group. Maybe it's because I'm not an avid yaoi fan that I don't really mind not having access to certain groups and their projects. I don't know, but I'd like to remain in their good graces if ever they decide to open their membership back up.

It´s groups like them that caused the scanlators to make their rules tigther, lock their releases for members only or to go completely underground.
I wonder if they manage to get any new members and reach their goal with all the current anti-ci_yaoi warnings running among the scanlators.
Anyways, they´ve proven once again, that the BL fan community isn´t as harmless as it seems (in more ways than one) and also that when they clicked the "I understand the rules and will follow them" button, they must´ve kept more than just two fingers crossed, lying through their teeth.
