Just an FYI saying that this one is a bit more challenging but I am currently trying to piece my poem together. I will post it as soon as I am satisfied with it. Just wanted to let you know that there is effort being put into this one and you will receive a completed post shortly. :)

May you intuitively know the lesson,
nonetheless, feel compelled for my sake,
never forgetting the sorrow of my loss.

For in it, I grow, you'd find only pleasure.

May you completely know the consequences as you act,
never rushing in haste,
take time to understand the foolishness.

For it is in selfishness that we hurt others,
that you reveal who you really are.

Now you'll have to deal with the emotions.

Alrighty - it's been a week. Thanks for the one poem. Here's the poem I wrote that I altered to make this post (I think I'll try to not do that in the future... a little too complicated word-syntax wise). Please notice that this was written some time ago and know that I don't intend on expounding on the whos, whats, etc. of this particular selection.

My you never know my pains,
never feel pity for my anguish,
never understand the workings of my soul.

For in it, I fear, you'd find too much of yourself
wound 'round my insides.

May you never know yourself as I do,
never see yourself in my light,
never understand the workings of your soul.

For it is in the bond of friendship we pretend to have
that you could have seen who you really are.

Now you'll never know.
