Speaking of healthy food, what's the deal with hot fudge?

lol, it sounds like the start of a stand-up comic routine. You can write about other stuff if you want to, Megan. Things you're thinking about, you view of the world, life, whatever.

And if you want to be clever about it you can bring it all around to how it relates to the hot fudge shortage.

Well, carbs, sugar, salt, and dairy definitely aren't all bad! Too much sugar will really change your energy levels and can eventually cause diabetes. Too much salt can raise your blood pressure, so watch out for that. But I think too much carbs and dairy will only make you fat(ter). So get sparkling water instead of Coke and pile on the fettuccine alfredo!

As for eating smaller meals, I don't know about you but I really have to stuff myself once (or twice) in a while. Obviously after that you're going to want to pass out. But when I wake up, or before I stuff myself (in the very short time between stuffed ang hungry again) a little excersize or activity gives me a boost of energy. I hear all the CEO's are doing it.
