I am, at this very moment, eating some of the BEST bread I have had in my entire life. My parents and I went out to eat for dinner at this nice Italian restaurant only minutes away from my house. swimming is great exericise, especially for big/growing people. walking is good too.

When going to the store, park in a space further away and you can get some walking in. Also, just as an incentive, put it in your head if you go out for a walk for xxx blocks/miles, then you can binge after. The longer you walk, the more you can eat.

As everyone else said, walking and swimming are good, also yoga is an exercise that is pretty enjoyable and improves strength/flexibility but doesn't really make you lose any weight. But you have to buy a lot of stuff, so it would be more expensive than say, walking around the block a few times a week.

I find biking to be a great way to exercise. You can move your legs around a little, get to wherever you want to go, and you don't even have to get off your ass to do it.
