Hey Friends, Quick Question

Because I don't want to be annoying and ask on egl.

This Bodyline dress says its waist is 85 cm with elastic. The dress looks pretty stretchy. Does anyone know if the dress could stretch another 10 cm?

i need the waist to fit 96cm. the whole "has elastic" thing kinda gave me false hope. lol the fact that it didn't contain the word "max" before 86 got me excited too. haha im weird.
they prolly just meant its stretchy so it will fit skinny people too didnt they?
