I am so in love with this verse right now, you have no idea. From the subdued dialogue to Arthur's whateverness to Merlin's nervousness, and this inexplicable interest that reads so NATURAL--Arthur's sudden attachment to someone even though he never actually has anyone, and how Merlin is just that side of odd, and guh, I WANT TO READ THIS FOREVER. Love how everyone gave Merlin tips on how to ask a girl out - I'm interested in seeing how that goes. I continue to enjoy the interaction between Arthur and Merlin - how Arthur just sort of accepts Merlin's strangeness, but he's still miffed by it.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter. :)
