I've been dreading this day for the last year, maybe even two. Riley passed away. I'm devastated, we all are. She was more than the average pet to us, she was as much a part of the family as I am. She meant the world to me. I'm glad her suffering is over and that she can finally be free from pain, but it still hurts that she's gone.

Im sorry. I am dreading the day my dog dies (her name is Riley also)...she is 11 now and I know one day I will wake up and she will be gone. I think losing a pet is like losing a family member.
