hey, if u think uve reached rock bottom, think about it this way, it can only get beta! which it probably will, cos u seem like a nice person and im sure eveything will turn out alrite even if it means a few bumps on the way! im from the usa, n i jus wana tell u that ur not alone, n that there r millions of teenagers goin thruogh wot u probably goin thru. so many things appen wen ur a teenager, parent breakups, b/f,g/f breakups, mood swings, social pressure, so ur not alone, so just try to stay happy, n try to confide in people u trust. i no thats hard, i no wot ur goin tru bt u cant go throu life not trustin any1, u only live once, open ur heart . xxxxx
