I have a bunch of leeks in the fridge that I need to use up, and I was surfing the net looking for a recipe for something other than leek and potato soup. Imagine my surprise when I found a recipe for chocolate zucchini leek and potato soup. Ummmm, yea....I can't wait to try that out.
