ok so this is quite an interesting story...tina, my older sis, told me that us kids cannot give blood. tina went to give blood today and the lady told her that she cannot take her blood because she lived in germany between the years of 1980-1996. the lady said that certain european countries *includiing germany* are included in this statement and

I had a friend in high school who lived in England for 6 months in her childhood and can't give blood either. And yes, it is related to mad cow disease.

LOL i have the hardest time spelling the word disease for some reason...it's interesting cuz i've been telling peeps about this and it's like nothing new to them...i need to get out more =)
