Damn...as much effort as I put into working out and eating better...you'd think I see more of a difference. Sadness. As of July 4, I'm down 6lbs from June 23. So, I guess that's "on track," I just hoped to see more. I'm gonna give myself a little more time before stepping back on the scale.
