A lot has been going around lately while I was inactive (-__-;) Anyway, first I don't think this matter would become this big but turned out many community and lj users have been deleted! For more information please follow the link above. And, my friends, please change your profile if it has anything as "-cest" "rape" or a like.

I just heard about this today too.

It will be better if they suspended only the comms or users that really involved in what they called triggering (-__-;)

Well, as i was saying on seiret's lj

There may be some comm that really need to go, I know that I've seen shows and news about pedophiles hanging out in chat rooms, teaching each other tricks on how to get children not to tell what happened and sharing actual pictures of children being abused.
Alot of these communities/board disguise themselves so at a first look you wouldn't know it was such a place.
It's good for these places to be shut down, but, it's hard for the lj staff to determine which is which.

You won't know when these communities are deleted, you'll only know when more innocent comms that you're in, get deleted

So it may seem unfair to you.

Ummm, I know you're right. There're so many comms that really need to go. I'm glad they deleted them. As long as they don't delete mine (or my f-list's too), I'm happy ^______^

Hey! just read about it on aarin!
I say we internet dwellers should protest against this! Or else, yaoi would be next in the line! (and my account if that happens.) This proves me wrong for thinking that our country is the only place that do senseless ban and censor. THIS SHOULD BE A FREE WORLD! And it's not like we are causing any damage to anyone! Innocently stalking some random pretty guys and intense staring aside, of course!

...wait! What about non-con?

Hell! This news goes everywhere, huh?
They just like blindly suspended all of Communities or Users who have "-cest" or even "lolita" as interests. I mean, did they forget that lolita also means a kind of fashion? It's good to banned child predetors away but what about some community like yaoi_drabble? I see no wrong in yaoi and I think we, as readers and writers alike, are mature enough to think for ourselves. (It's not like we can copy any N-17 scenes from yaoi fictions since we are girls and therefore don't have dick the required organ. But if we have one, what's the big deal with it anyway!!!)

I don't know about non-con but I'm wonder about Matsuda Shota's comm. Is it going to be deledted because of "Shota"?

The last time I checked (namely, yesterday), that LJ CEO said the LJ team is going to review the users/communities they've taken down and see if they are in anyway associate or encourage child abuse. Good to know that they are going to do something at least.

(...and those WFI guys are making me sick. Really. Like they have some serious hero complex. Going around reporting false sites like that.)

Yeah, I heard that too. Thank god things will turn back to normal once again, huh? And eveytime someone type WFI, my brain always replaces the word to wFL (O_oll) Why?
